All Orders Are Final:
MeoWoofStore will process your order after confirmation of purchase. All orders and deposits are finalized once a purchase confirmation email is sent. Order updates such as color changes may be requested but not guaranteed. We do not refund money for shipping delays.There are no cancellations or refunds on built-to-order furniture.
But please don’t worry, there are lots of reasons we have so many 5 star reviews from customers. We work until you are completely satisfied, & offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee at time of delivery or pick-up.How much time after I purchase do I have to cancel for a refund?
Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase via emailing meowoofstore.com@gmail.com. There are no refunds on any orders after 24 hours of purchase for any reason. If you believe you have received a defective/damaged item or incorrect order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt along with a photo of the defect or damages. We will contact you within three business days to discuss the defect or damages and the best course of action to correct it. Please note, for damages we will need pictures of the item on the day of delivery. Have the delivery driver notate the damage on the “Bill of Landing”. We will need a copy of all information to file a damage claim with the delivery carrier.
Will you refund me back onto my card?
All approved order cancellations will be reimbursed via store credit only, minus a 15% fee that pays our family’s labor cost spent processing your order, communicating with our suppliers, perhaps shipping your order, and/or coordinating custom build schedules, purchasing materials required for custom orders, and time invested on your behalf in any way.
