MeoWoofStore will process your order after confirmation of purchase. All orders and deposits are finalized once a purchase confirmation email is sent. Order updates such as color changes may be requested but not guaranteed. We do not refund money for shipping delays.
Shipping/Delivery:
All orders are shipped protected by cardboard and are on a pallet. If you want us to use a card box to protect the crate more, there is an additional cost.
Standard delivery is residential curbside service. Once your order leaves our shop the average delivery completion time is 3-7 business days.

Plan to have at least a one-person home to help you as most orders are very heavy.
The best place to carry your new den is going to be on the underside of the sides where the rebar meets the wood, or from the bottom of the den. DO NOT lift/carry your den by the top or rebar.
DO NOT drag the crate across the floor. Please note,
it will be your responsibility to set up delivery appointments and inspect your delivery for signs of shipping defects.
Returns/Damages:
All orders are final sale. We have a strict no-return policy. If you believe you have received a defective/damaged item or incorrect order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt along with a photo of the defect or damages. We will contact you within three business days to discuss the defect or damages and the best course of action to correct it. Please note, for damages we will need pictures of the item on the day of delivery. Have the delivery driver notate the damage on the “Bill of Landing”. We will need a copy of all information to file a damage claim with the delivery carrier.
